Our customizable 4-8 week immersive program, takes a deep dive into the social and communication barriers within your workplace. This option is for workplaces who want to make real positive change between colleagues and leadership, to create a more balanced environment. Staff will meet weekly for two hours.
Investment: Pricing is negotiated to cater to the wants and needs of the specific workplace.
Leadership Development Program:
Strong leadership is essential for driving organizational success.
