Elise Perreault-Lariviere

Elise’s passion for theatre and improv started as a child. She pursued her interest all the way to University, where she entered the theatre program at the University of Ottawa. As a young adult, she discovered Corporeal Mime, a form of physical theatre aimed at studying movement for actors. This led her on a 10-year journey of studies, performance and teaching physical theatre in Montreal, Vancouver and London, UK. After becoming a mother and a Waldorf Teacher, Elise returned to her passion by joining the Step Out! community. She looks forward to sharing her knowledge and experience while playing and having a good laugh. Elise is also passionate about finding new ways to use improv, movement and play in classrooms, workspaces and communities as a tool for learning, developing communication skills and supporting mental health and well-being.
